Empowered Scholars Refund Policy
Empowered Scholars understands that sometimes plans change. Our refund policy is designed to balance flexibility for families with fairness to our instructors and staff who prepare for each student’s enrollment.
Refund Policy
– If a student withdraws within 14 calendar days of the course start date, 100% of tuition will be refunded.
– If a student withdraws between 15 and 30 calendar days from the course start date, 50% of tuition will be refunded.
– After 30 calendar days, no refunds will be issued.
– The $175 Administrative Fee is non-refundable in all cases.
Refunds will be processed within 14 business days and issued to the original form of payment.
Exceptions
Empowered Scholars may consider refund requests beyond the 30-day window on a case-by-case basis in the event of family emergencies or other significant extenuating circumstances. These must be submitted using the Refund Request Form.
